Collaborative Agreement Builder (CAB) Overview
A
negotiation is started by an Initiator (Beachfire license-holder)
who:
- Selects
one or more document templates.
- Names
the negotiation.
- Builds
the initiating negotiation team.
- Invites
a Responder, who then builds and invites a responding
negotiation team.

After
a negotiation has been started, roles are determined by
the permissions assigned to team members in their user profiles:
- Viewers
(all participants): can view the document, send and
view messages, and view team member profiles.
- Editors:
are able to edit the document and Table of Contents, and
can also create and edit attributes.
- Approvers:
can approve the document.
- Team
Leads: are able to manage teams, including assigning
permissions and adding or removing team members.
